SNACK SUGGESTIONS

Snack Options (use your sugar ration wisely, 40g of sugar daily, that’s it)

  • Navitas Naturals Power Snack Products: Blueberry Hemp Bites, Cacao Goji, Citrus Chia,

  • PB & J Sandwich (if allergic to Peanut Butter, try Cashew Butter, Almond Butter, Walnut Butter, Sesame Seed Butter aka Tahini Paste): use a fresh baked sourdough bread.

  • Terra Chips, Coconut Chips, Seaweed Chips (SeaSnax), Plantain Chips (Artisan Tropics)

  • Smoothies

  • Organic Full Fat Yogurt, Organic Kefir

  • Dips: Hummus, Guacamole served with raw vegetables

  • Kind Bars, LaraBar, Quest Bar, Onnit Bars, Exo-protein Bars (made with cricket flour), Hammer Whey or Vegan Recovery Bar

  • Nuts, Seeds, Nut Butters and Fruit (Bananas, Pomegranates, Apples, Pears, Grapes {with seeds preferred}, Berries, Peaches, Plums, (please select organic fruits as much as possible or make sure you wash your fruits and produce thoroughly for suspicion of being sprayed with pesticides, insecticides)

    • Nuts should be soaked in purified water with unrefined sea salt.

  • Air popped Popcorn with Grass-fed Butter or Ghee (clarified butter)

  • Rice Crackers, Flaxseed Crackers

  • Dark Chocolate Bars (68% cacao or higher)

  • Approved Granola (9g or less of sugar per serving, organic ingredients, no hydrogenated oils) Brands: Nature’s Path, KIND, Make your own.

  • Nori Rolls (seaweed wraps stuffed with rice and vegetables) or Collard/Kale Wraps

  • Lettuce Wraps (Butter Lettuce, Red Leaf, Romaine )

  • Healthy Chocolate Pudding

  • Chia-seed “gello”
